Why you have the right to know what’s in your food | Rachel Parent | TEDxToronto

Rachel Parent speaks for labeling GMOs and she does it so well that we adults simply must listen.

One thing that impressed me is that she was not afraid to speak up, take a challenge in a debate and do something about an issue she felt was important: The Need for GMO Labeling So We Can Make an Informed Choice. I can’t find faults in that, can you? She just started and went with the flow, challenge after challenge, not letting herself be stopped by adults, authorities and experts weighing down on her.

She shows us that we can become the change we are waiting for.

And that’s not even mentioning her argumentation, well defined and clear – but I will leave you to enjoy her yourself, she is quite surprising!
