Honey

Honey is a combination of fructose, glucose, and water, produced by bees. Honey contains trace amounts of vitamins and minerals, and studies suggest it may not raise blood sugar as fast as other sweet products. The pasteurization process strips away some of its health benefits. Prefer organic honey (processed whithout heating) for nutrition benefits.
